Senior Building Surveyor (RICS or CIOB) – Tamworth Office
A professionally qualified Senior Surveyor is required by our specialist team involved in specifying and managing the insurance funded reinstatement of properties. A good technical knowledge needs to be backed up with an understanding of the role of Contract Administrator under the JCT Minor Works form of contract. An understanding of insurance cover in relation to fire, flood, storm and vehicle impact damage claims would be advantageous
