Ellipta has approximately 100 field based engineers, surveyors and office based technical support staff experienced in dealing with all building insurance claim perils, both large and small. Many of these work in dedicated Ellipta regional teams comprising 8 Centres of Excellence throughout the UK (including Northern Ireland) to provide a reliable service to our customers.
In addition, through Ellipta’s JV Members Companies this core resource can be significantly increased in response to a customer’s specific requirements e.g. during periods of surge, covering a wide range of technical disciplines.

These approved contractors meet our high standards for quality, site management capability, and customer care. Our business philosophy is to utilise local contractors, at local prices, all of whom have local reputations to protect. We make no charge whatsoever for contractors inclusion upon our network, and they are paid all monies due directly from our insurer and broker clients. All we ask is their commitment and dedication to assist customers at a time in their lives when they need their help the most.
For Accurate Reserving
Ellipta has an excellent track record in providing accurate reserves. On all claims we provide not only a full tender breakdown, but a detailed recommended reserve calculation, along with an ‘Industry Benchmark Price’ in addition to a realistic reserve figure.
